Considered to be one of the best complexes in Javea, La Isla is set around a large beautiful communal lagoon style pool with bridges and a central island feature. Each area of the pool is a different depth and the shallow area has steps and a hand rail for easier access. The tropical gardens offer spacious lawns and plenty of shade for long hours of relaxing. Centrally yet peacefully located, our first floor apartment is within a few minutes walk of the Arenal blue flag beach, a wonderful safe sandy bay with promenade and ample shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is well equipped throughout and has WIFI. The lounge has a large new comfy sofa and a 32inch flat screen digital TV with both spanish channels and english satelite channels. Sunny south facing furnished balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, toaster, microwave and electric kettle. The bedroom has a double bed with new memory foam mattress, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a view of the Montgo mountain from the bedroom window. Ideal for couples but we have a spare double mattress for extra occupancy (not a sofabed). The bathroom has a full sized bath with powerful shower over. Ceiling fans are provided for summer months. There is a lift (5 steps up to lift) and ample shaded parking, but everything is within easy walking distance. For transport to Javea car hire is available from Alicante or Valencia airport if you prefer to drive, or there is a pre bookable bus 25 euros each way pp through Beniconnect.com 5 minutes level walk to the blue flag sandy Arenal beach. Safe for children with gently sloping sand into clear waters, with sunbeds and parasols available. Javea has 3 distinct areas: the Arenal, the Port and the Pueblo. The Arenal promenade has bars, restaurants and shops, on summer evenings there are market stalls selling jewellery etc.
