Fork spec

A long 55mm fork offset dials the 68 deg head angle perfectly in to trail riding up and down, with a light touch when you need it and stability when things get bouncy. Futureproofed with a 470mm fork length, we're ready for the fat front suspension revolution too. Our Fatty runs a standard 9mm front axle with regular rear standard disc brake spacing. It's the same with both our carbon and chromoly forks - everything just swaps over.
weight: 1.3kg/2lb 14oz
470mm axle to crown
IS brake mount
1 1/8" straight steerer

Front wheel spec:

70mm rims give superb floatation and tracking over a huge range of surfaces, allowing traction where any other tyre would be left bogged down and spinning. With tyres run at 6-15psi they offer an incredible amount of shock absorption, tuneable with the psi used, to give optimal conditions.
If in doubt, let air out! The Fatty wheels run on Fat hubs, CNC'd from solid 6061 billet aluminium with a 135mm axle spacing up front.

Note - you may have to use 5mm of spacers to move the brake (or disc) across).

Tyre spec:

On-One's trail-ready, all-terrain capable Fat tyre. It's here!
Designed by legendary tyre fanatic "Shiggy" Pearson from the USA, in conjunction with "Shaggy" Ross from the UK, our Floater tyre redefines trail traction and performance.
High quality 120tpi casing and perfectly placed knobs and blocks give killer traction under steering, braking and acceleration. Weight: 1800g
This model is fitted as standard to our Fatty bike, and is now available for everyone to buy and fit whatever model you're riding.
It's a 4.0in carcass size, and runs great on rims from 55-90mm.
Fat Bike tyres can be ridden at pressures below 20 PSI. We recommend that you briefly over-inflate your tyres to ensure that the bead is fully seated, before lowering the air pressure to your preferred riding settings. Soaping the tyre bead before inflating the tyre will make it easier to seat on the rim.
Riding your bike with tyres not fully seated increases the chance of the tyre popping off the rim during hard riding. Please note manufacturers recommended minimum air pressure and do not ride below this pressure. A low pressure specific tyre gauge may be required to get accurate readings below.
