I'm selling a sofa-bed (seats: 2-3 people) and its matching armchair which are in excellent condition, with no flaws at all & no signs of cosmetic wear. They are only a year old - my landlord bought them for me when I moved in a year ago and he kindly agreed to get them sold, as I hate any piece of furniture with a leather-like feel. Both the sofa-bed and the armchair have been under protective covers for the past year, as I already have my own living room furniture, so there are just taking up space in my living room without even being used. The 2-seater is a sofa-bed, although it has never been used as a bed. The first time I actually checked to see what it looks like as a bed was when I took the attached photo. I'm selling the pieces as a set. I'm open to reasonable offers and really want to get rid of both, as I'm expecting new wardrobes, so I really need to free up this.
