Deposit collection and registration: It is a legal requirement that a tenant’s deposit is registered with a government approved scheme. We will do this on your behalf.
First month’s rent collection and standing order mandate: We can also arrange for the collection of the first month’s rent and set up the standing order for payment to you going forward.

1) Landlord: Create an advert on R & R Everyday Letting Agency.
Write your ad and Email your property photos. Our experts will then check that the ad has all the information it should have and is legal. Remember you can make changes to your ad at any time. Just call and send us a rough draft.
2) Landlord: Get ready for enquiries.
A short time after your ad is approved it’ll be on all the UK’s main property sites including House Ladder, Ezylet, Gumtree. Set aside time in your diary so you can book tenants in for viewings – and be ready for their questions!
3) Landlord: Respond quickly.
As soon as your enquiries come in via email or phone, get back to them. A prompt response will put you in pole position to get the best tenants.
4) Landlord: Choose your perfect tenant.
The viewings are done and you’ve got a shortlist – time to choose and tell the successful applicants.
5) R & R Everyday Letting Agency: Comprehensive tenant referencing.
Once you’ve chosen your tenants we will comprehensively reference them at no cost to you and only £75 (£62.50 + VAT) charged to the tenant (cost per tenant). We don't charge any other fees to tenants.

When your tenants pass referencing, we’ll let you know. If you decide you'd like us to create a tenancy agreement and register your tenants’ deposit we can do that for you, too.
7) R & R Everyday Letting Agency: Paperwork
When your tenants pass referencing, we’ll line all the paperwork up. That means drawing up a tenancy agreement for you and your tenants to sign, taking the tenants’ deposit and registering it with one of the government-approved schemes, collecting the first month’s rent for you and finally setting up the tenants’ monthly rent standing order mandate. And remember our fees are fixed – no extra admin fees for you or your tenants.
