Hi, I have several firebellied toads, various ages, I sell at £5 each ono. Cumulative discount available. Very easy to keep, suitable for people of all levels of experience in amphibians keeping. I have 9 adults (6 aged 6y+ and 3 aged 3y) and 2 juniors (aged 1y). They display a healthy behaviour and the adults are sexually active. So far they have reproduced every year during summer time, spawning several times each season. The older adults have not been hybernated for 3 years, the younger ones never. The younger toads are offsprings of the 6 older adults.
One of the juniors has some bone malformation but this doesn't seem to stop it from feeding and swimming healthily. I also sell 1 x Exo Terra terrarium, mint conditions, 45x45x45cm (18x18x18 inch) at £35 and I can include some accessories like calcium powder tub, crickets enclosures, syphon for water cleaning etc..
NB: I can sell the terrarium only to those who buy all/most toads otherwise I will have to keep it for the remaining ones. CARE INFO: Fire Belly Toads are originally from temperate forests in China, hence DO NOT require a heated environment or a UV lamp, because they are NOT tropical. However they do require a calcium powder supplement with every meal, to avoid bone deseases (this is to compensate lack of direct sun light). They spend half of their time in water and the other half on land, so they will need a hybrid environment, ideally a 2" water pool with an easy to climb island in it. The water has to be replaced often, at least once a week and all feces/dirt removed. They should be fed 3 times a week a varied diet of live brown crickets and/or waxworms.
