Hello there! We are a couple looking for one bedroom flat in Brighton. We'd like it to have separated kitchen and living room, as we need some space. No studios or self contained flats, please. Any small balcony or small garden would be great, fresh air and light is important! Both of us are full time workers with references from previous landlords.
