I'm a good tenant: I'm 42, employed, and I've lived in the same rented flat for 8 years without any problems (rent paid every month by direct debit) so can provide references. I've been with the same employer for 14 years and am now moving to Portsmouth with a new job. I come with 2 cats, but they're clean and well behaved (I work in the veterinary industry so they're well cared for and flea free!) I'm looking to pay up to £650 per month, happy with furnished or unfurnished, and would consider most areas of Portsmouth.;
