More versatile than a VAN.This a very comfortable and economic estate car. 5 people with seats up or good van space when back seat down. Great driving comfort too better than a tinny old van. With Roof Bars you can easily add a Roof Rack or Roof Box.
I used it for bulky items or items longer than the vehicle, eg ladders.
