Age Criteria: 16 to 18 years old to be eligible. Are you looking to start your career within the Health and Social Care Sector? Then our 23 weeks Step In2 Health and Social care course is for you! Learners will attend College Monday and Tuesday gaining essential knowledge of Health and Social Care and then attend a relevant work placement on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for up to 13 hours a week. This course you will gain the start up qualifications and work experience you need to jump-start the career you want and even progress on to an apprenticeship! Benefits
The Traineeship (16-18 years old) provides you with the opportunity to progress on a Health and Social Care Apprenticeship. The Learners that are eligible also receive a bursary.
