Used but reasonable condition with one year old mattress. Bolts for side ladder missing (we've used Alan keys). Shelves on wall not part of bed. L200 H185 W100. Futon chair sleep over bed also available - futon mattress has been well used as a chair so cover is worn - we cover with a blanket, but still usable for sleep over bed.;
