There is a separate fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer and microwave oven. A separate double bedroom with stairs down to a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Guests are asked to plan their parking before arriving at the property, as there is NO PARKING available in Queen Square.
Parking in Brighton can be VERY difficult and VERY expensive.
Please note that as the property is located in a residential area and there is a noise restriction to be observed after 22:00.
We do accept Stags and Hens as long as they accept our terms that as there is a noise restriction. Our flats are NOT a place to party in. Rather to party from and recover in. We kindly ask that you notify us if you are a Stag-do or hen-party. We reserve the right to not allow you entry to the apartments if you fail to do so. You will not be allowed entry if you arrive intoxicated.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking.
We advise that the apartments are not suitable for small children as there are a a lot of staircases and no locks on the windows.
