this was bought off my friend as a project as my other halfs ride, but i ended up just blowing some paint on it & riding it around as a second bike,
new battery, newish conti rear tyre,
starts first time on the button, great little bike, cheap to run & cheap to insure,
easy to turn it into a bobber or brat/cafe racer
worth more but need it gone,
bad points
needs a seat cover, ( not a problem if customising)
front brake fluid reservoir is horrible, it works, but i have a nice old honda alloy one to go with it.
downpipes & balance box, are solid but rusty, could do with a wire brushing & repainting matt black
also coming up for a front tyre
needs a bit of spit & polish, but if restored or modified nicely. it will fetch good money, a great cheap bike to own & run, great as a first bike with a good old reliable lump, probably does about 60 miles to a gallon & will run forever
i have the full log book MOT til feb 16, may put 12mths on if needed
