For Sale! A used HP Pavilion G5206uk (XH685EA) desktop PC - the reason for selling is that I've upgraded recently, but there's nothing wrong with this PC at all. It's a few years old (purchased January 2011), but that's really it. If you search Google for 'HP G5206uk' you can easily find the full spec, but here are the important ones you need to know about: 64-bit, 4 GB RAM Intel Pentium Dual Core E5500 processor (up to 2.8 GHz) 500 GB HDD It has 4 expansion slots on the motherboard which I've filled up with the following cards: 3x Firewire port card - superior video transfer rates Inateck 4x USB 3.0 card - at least twice as fast as USB 2.0 Sapphire 11166-02-2OR HD 5450 DDR3 PCIE HDMI graphics card (HDMI x1, VGA x1, DVI-D x1, 1 GB dedicated graphics - way better than the integrated graphics the PC comes with TP Link Archer T8E AC 1750 Dual Band Wifi PCI Express adapter (3 antennas) - supports 802.11ac, so if you have fibre broadband at up to 5GHz through your router, this will handle it. It came with: 4x USB 2.0 ports the normal audio stuff (line-in, line-out, mic) LAN port VGA port (the graphics card makes this pretty redundant) DVD/CD drive at the front a memory card adapter at the front space for another drive (blu-ray or another HDD perhaps?) It also comes with the original HP keyboard, and a Dell mouse, which is definitely better than the HP one the PC came with. Please note that a monitor is NOT included. All in all, with the various upgrades, this PC is worth just under £500 new. I upgraded it to Windows 10 Home last year, so it's future-proof. I've also reset the entire PC with a fresh Windows 10 install, so all my data, programs and personal info have been 100% removed. It's basically ready to go for you, as if you'd just bought it brand new. Worth noting; in taking the photos for this I noticed that the PC has a stamp on the side saying it's an HP G5235uk. I can't find anything about this model online, and my original invoice says that I bought a G5206uk, so I'm slightly stumped. It might be referring to the motherboard or is perhaps a chassis stamp error. But either way, this IS a G5206uk. Lastly, due to this being a big heavy electrical thing, it is realistically local collection only. I'm not sure how much it weighs, but it is definitely not small and light. If you are really interested then I will arrange to Parcelforce it, but please be aware that it will cost £40 for the postage alone. If you have any questions at all just ping.
