HTC One M8 in Gunmetal Grey for sale.
16Gb version, was with EE but now network unlocked. Also updated to the latest version of Android 6.0 (Marshmellow) and version 7.0 of HTC's Sense UI. The phone itself is in very good condition for a 2 year old handset having been in a case at all times and works perfectly. The screen has no dings or scratches and no dead pixels. There are some scuff marks in the finish around the microUSB port and a few other minor cosmetic wear-and-tear marks commensurate with the age of the phone. The phone will take up a microSD card up to 128Gb and comes with all the accessories including charger, headphones (with sealed spare earpieces) and SIM tray removal device (the phone uses Nano-SIM) which is also used to eject the microSD tray.
The battery still holds a charge very well and I can see a day's use from it without worrying too much about where the next charge is coming from. Android 6.0 introduced some clever new power-saving features. If you've read this far you probably already know what you're looking at but for the sake of clarity the One M8 has a 5" 1080p display with 441ppi pixel density.
The screen type is Super LCD3 which gives great brightness and nice colour reproduction The glass is Corning's "Gorilla Glass 3". It has a quad-core 2.3Ghz Snapdragon 801 processor and 2Gb of memory for the OS. The GPU is an Adreno 330. The camera is HTC's Dual-Camera setup which allows for great post-processing options including altering the focal point of the picture after it's been taken. HTC's 'UltraPixel' technology gives great low-light picture performance. Video records at up to 1080p at 60fps and 720p at 120fps with HDR (High Dynamic Resolution).
One of the biggest selling points of the HTC for me is their 'Boomsound' stereo speakers mounted to the front of the phone. They give a more than reasonable listening experience for music and video and are superior to almost every other phone I've tried before or since (including, if I'm honest, my new Nexus 6p which is replacing the One M8). The price also includes a Spigen Slim Armour case in blue (still £17 on Amazon). Feel free to come and take a look/have a play with it. It's a great phone and has been reset ready to go. Cash and collection only from Worthing, I'm not willing to post this so please don't ask me to. Please give me a call on 07951 808680 or email me [email protected] (masked email to prevent).
