Some facts and figures: Length: 6.04m (19’ 10”) Height: 2.90m (9’ 6”) Width: 2.27m (7’ 6”) Max weight: 3400kgs Payload: 495kgs Berths: 5 Travel seats:4 (in addition to the two cab seats) all with seatbelts.

This is a compact yet intelligent design allowing for a family to holiday in comfort, with all the convenience of being self-contained, good living space with the option of various sleeping arrangements, a good kitchen area and a clever washroom. In addition to this there is the advantage of a “garage” or storage area below the rear single bed which has two side access doors, capable of storing two adult bicycles plus awning, camping table and chairs and a few other bits and bobs. Hymer’s garage load maximum is 350 kgs, which is far in excess of other like designs.

Starting at the front of the motorhome the cab is light and airy with the cab seats trimmed to match the upholstery of the living area in a blue/grey cloth which shows no sign of wear. The motorhome is powered by a 2.8 litre diesel turbo unit matched to a 5 speed gearbox, which for it size pulls well and can achieve 30 + mpg on a steady motorway run even when laden.

The cab has removable fitted carpets (as has the living area) the leisure battery is situated under the passenger seat with the charging unit under the driver’s seat. A Sony Radio/CD unit has been fitted with Bluetooth connectivity for Hands Free mobile use. There is also a reversing camera monitor linked to the wireless camera fitted high on the rear of the motorhome for ease of reversing.

Immediately behind the cab on the nearside is a full Pullman dining area with double bench seats facing each other over a removable dining table. The table has a small dent as a result of an ipad falling onto it, which we cover with a tablecloth. This area can be used for both dining and lounging. Above are a number of overhead locker style cupboards with extra storage beneath. The Pullman makes up a double as two of the five berths. One bench houses the fresh water tank the other has a large storage area, which includes a lockable safe, which has been bolted to the floor.

Working forwards along the offside is a wardrobe and set of drawers, beneath which is housed the Truma water boiler which is powered by gas. This also provides the heat for the blown air central heating system and has a number of outlets in the living area, one in the bathroom, the “garage” and cab area. The blown air heating outlets can be opened and closed individually.

Ahead of the wardrobe is the kitchen area, above which are more overhead lockers, one of which houses the microwave oven. The kitchen consists of a Smev oven/grill with rotisserie function. Above the oven is the sink and drainer, next to this is the three ring gas hob and beneath the hob a Dometic fridge with freezer box, which can be powered by mains electric, battery or gas. All appliances are fully functional.

Ahead of the kitchen area is the main habitation door with fitted fly screen and prior to the cab a floor cupboard with worktop and shelf. Above the cab is a large double, the design of the motorhome makes the overcab bed feel light and airy along with two side windows. There is a main skylight window above the dining/kitchen and a number of large double glazed windows providing plenty of natural light during the day and at night a variety of lamps to illuminate the various areas of the motorhome.

The rear panel has a two cycle bicycle rack, which is included in the sale, and the reversing camera.
There is a full size roll out Fiamma F45 awning.

All external locks operate off one key and have sturdy locks. The motorhome has been fitted with deadlocks for the two front doors and side door for added security.

Moving from the rear to the passenger door, there is a smaller access door to the “garage”, this allows direct access to the spare wheel and jack, so no scrabbling underneath the motorhome to wrestle with the spare if required. Next to this is the access door for the toilet cassette. The fresh water filling point is near the under skirt storage drawer for cables and hoses. Between the drawer and the passenger door is the gas locker, which can accommodate two 7kg gas bottles (one).
