This is one of Icom's rapid desktop chargers for their four- contact VHF sets, the BC-152, (see photo for contact arrangement). It has an LED indicator light to show when it is charging, and comes with the original plug-in mains to 12v transformer, also with LED indicator, which attaches to the base by a jack-plug. Condition is excellent, with only slight wear marks, as it has been very little used. Ebay has them at around £15, so I am asking £12 ono. Buyer collects, or I could post it at cost, currently £2.80. ;
