Ridden 3 times since rebuild with video to show transmission etc in proper working order.
Rebuilt from tires up. Have many old parts to show proof of change. Receipts for all parts bought inc genuine Kawasaki part number labels etc can be seen on request.
Replaced parts include:
Wheels and Hubs: Stainless wheel spokes, wheel bearings and seals. brake discs, pads, seal kits and brake lines, caliper dust covers, rear inner tube and rim tape.
Swing arm: blast cleaned and powder coated, replaced linkage bearings and seals, chain sliders, rollers & guide. chain, rear sprocket, chain adjuster bolts and shock protector guard.
Suspension: Front forks rebuilt, fork seals & oil. Rear shock oil and seals.
Engine: Rebuilt crankshaft, piston ring, main bearings and piston pin clips, All seals, O rings and gaskets. power valve parts. Exhaust internally cleaned, muffler repacked & powder coated.
Transmission: Clutch basket, plates & springs, clutch cable, in & output drive train shafts and all gears. power valve governor bearings, Kick starter spring, All bearings, seals gaskets & O rings, clutch nut,
circlips and shims. Drive sprocket.
Cooling: New radiators, hoses, clips, louvers. Impeller seals and bearings. Pressure tested.
Fuel system: rebuilt carb, new seals, float level checked, throttle cable, fuel and vent hoses, fuel tank valve seals and filler cap.
Electrics: New kill switch fitted, all parts of the CDI tested and sealed against moisture.
Chassis: weld crack tested, re painted using KX colour code, new steering head bearings and seals, larger foot pegs fitted. gripper seat cover, all
plastics throughout. decals, handle bars and grips.
Miscellaneous: Nuts bolts and screws replaced with marine grade stainless steel.
Essentially the bike is new, what was not replaced is within factory spec.
