A large double room overlooking the garden in a family home, with brand new bathroom facilities and sink in the room too. Furnished or unfurnished to let immediately. Currently it has a single bed and wardrobe. You could bring your own furniture. We will provide a kettle, cooking facilities, own fridge and space to sit and eat in your room looking over the garden. We are a friendly family of 4, my husband and I and our two sons. Worthing 5 mins by train, Brighton 20 mins, London 1 hr. Train station 5 mins walk, bus stop 2 mins walk (15 mins direct to Worthing Hospital). Would suit professional or student who can provide proof of income. Prefer no DSS. We have all amenities including wireless internet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and garden.
