New detached 3 bedroom house in the popular Geneagles Estate of Hailsham. We are a professional couple, Elliott aged 29 (IT Manager) and Milly aged 26 (NHS Nurse) seeking a lodger to utilise our large and newly decorated spare room. We are both laid back and friendly people that enjoy nice evening meals and socialising. The Double room has a King size leather bed frame, leather chair, bedside lamp, chest of draws, mirror, TV point and large French windows. All of the bed linen and matching curtains are brand new. You would also have a separate private bathroom, with bath, shower, sink, toilet and chrome heated towel rail. We have recently renovated our home and put in brand new bathrooms, wooden flooring, kitchen tiles and painted the interior. The open plan living area downstairs flows from the lounge to the dining room and conservatory. The Kitchen is separate so you don't get any cooking smells! We have a small but well established garden which we enjoy in the summer, as its a real sun trap. We have a dishwasher in the kitchen and washing machine upstairs, so laundry and cleaning up are nice and easy! We have Full Sky TV and Fibre Optic Broadband / WIFI. The house backs on to a large playing field, woodland and pond, so it has the feel of a rural location, whilst being close the to town. We often go for an evening walk in the summer or use it for exercise. Hailsham has everything you need in terms of shops and has great transport links via the A22 dual carriageway. Polegate Station is a 5min drive, or a 15min bike ride on the cuckoo trail. There are also regular bus routes that pick up and drop off locally. We have a large garage that could be used to store boxes or perhaps a bike etc... If you have a car, we have 2 spaces on the drive for parking and there are 3 communal parking spots that are never used as part of the quite.
