Adept Martial Arts is now offering a self defence course for anyone who wants to become an instructor you can train in your spare time either mornings afternoons or evenings at one of our venues by arrangement we take you from complete beginner to instructor level all for one fixed fee you must be physically fit over 21 yrs of age all genders accommodated once you qualify with us you will then take up to 4 of our current lessons under supervision before we issue you a certificate and you sign our code of conduct document.we can split your fee if needed or set up a pay as you go plan or you receive a discount for advanced payment. Self defence is needed now more than ever.
