Leather Sofa and chair, with matching foot stool…
I have for sale a leather suite, consisting of a chair, sofa and matching foot stool, as per the photo’s…
The leather is Italian leather and is super soft and both the chair and Sofa are super comfortable to sit on… you really must see these these items to appreciate the build quality.
This is in excellent condition, and is only around 2 years old, (only reason for sale is that we have purchased a different colour suite).
It has no marks, tears or scratches, is from a very clean home and has been very well looked after.
It is in a chocolate brown colour, with a cream/white base and upper head rests. The legs are silver metal.
Sofa details:
3 seater, width = 218cm, height = 99cm, depth = 90cm.
Chair details:
Width = 124cm, height = 99cm, depth = 90cm.
Foot rest details:
Width = 72cm, height = 41cm, depth = 60cm.
The item is up for sale at £350. It cost £1,800 when purchased new around 18 months ago, (the foot stool alone cost £400 when purchased).

The item is in Daventry, Northamptonshire, (around 8 miles from Rugby).
