Prior to that the trainer studied for a food science diploma and also gained a level 4 award in food safety and several HACCP qualifications. The trainer has worked in industry and delivers this course to a range of different food manufacturing businesses e.g. bread, pasta, noodles, cakes, ice cream, fish and many more.
