brand new, i had a problem with my samsung s7, they was taking a while to fix,im with three and when i phoned up to complain they sent me this to use until my one arrived. i never used it, my other phone came 2 days later, phoned three to see about returning it and they dont want it back and i can keep for a spare ,i guess it wasnt worth it if they thought its been used. i opened it just to check contents.
