Our luxurious, single-storey, family home is situated on the residential lakeside development of Indian Point which is around 2 minutes drive from Highway 192. The actual location of the villa is in a quiet road with very little traffic. The location is perfect, quietly situated yet just a short drive to all the attractions, shops and restaurants that make Kissimmee so popular. It is conveniently situated for the 'Magic' of Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom), which are just a short 10 minutes drive away. Our home is a superior detached villa with high vaulted ceilings and ceiling fan to give that feeling of space and opulence, and is fully equipped to the highest luxury standards. The living areas, kitchen and all bathrooms have beautiful and cooling floor tiles. All bedrooms are fully carpeted for that extra touch of luxury. The whole house has been tastefully furnished by my wife and myself to a very high standard. It has full air conditioning and its own private swimming pool with plenty of terrace space in which to sunbathe. The villa has 4 large bedrooms and will comfortably accommodate 8 people, plus an infant in the cot/crib. There is a king bedroom with full en-suite facilities, and a television. The double bedroom also has en-suite facilities and a television. The other two bedrooms are both twins, one has a television and the other is Disney themed. There is also a family bathroom and a large large lounge with fabulous 46 inch lcd hd television. There is also a dining room with large table and 6 chairs and a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer (with ice maker), microwave, toaster, waste disposal etc. together with a full compliment of crockery. A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the large double garage.;
