I bought a 10year Anfi timeshare in 2011 with my husband then, unfortunately now a widow, so this is the only reason i'm now selling.
The Gran Canaria weather is hard to beat, the chance of rain occurring is highly unlikely, and sunbathing weather as good as guaranteed every day of your stay.
Anfi Beach Club is a part of the resort Anfi del Mar, located on the south coast of the island of Gran Canaria, overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, with a gorgeous sandy beach. The Resort itself has many pools, whirlpool/hot tubs, children's play area, some great restaurants, bars with entertainment on most nights, gym, hairdressers and lots more.
The accommodation (sleeps 4) comprises of a spacious open planned self-catering apartment with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, with balcony/terrace, overlooking the sea, 1 double bedroom + lounge area (with a double sofa bed). This resort is situated close to bus routes, which provide a frequent service all around the island. There is a very good, reasonably priced taxi service always available. Nearby, only a 5 min walk you can find the gorgeous sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, various Entertainment, a supermarket, Medical Centre, hairdressers, Water Skiing, Wind Surfing & Boat trips are available.
Flying from Gatwick London- Las Palmas Airport is just under 4 hours, the resort is a 25-minute road journey away, and transfers can be booked from the resort's reception.
Please note that this timeshare is for 1week/ floating reservation, which means you can stay at any time between wk1-wk50 but not wk51 & wk52 (Xmas). There is a Maintenance Fee to pay which is currently £560 per year, due dec/Jan, this covers the hotel daily room service, 24/7 reception and spotless upkeep of the apartment and resort as a whole.
Regarding the Contract, after the sale is agreed and paid up front, this will need to be completed to change the names and sent to Anfi to be processed, no other hidden extras.
Genuine reason for sale, in that I am now widowed. My family have had some fantastic holidays in Gran Canaria you could too.
