The name of my business is "Karen's Helping Hands" and that is because that is what we do, we help people to have the best of cleans and in the process put the meaning of the word clean into cleaning. I am looking for a mature cleaner who would like to join a small family business and act as an assistant/deputy to the business owner. This would involve not only cleaning but also organising and supervising the cleaning jobs and staff. You must also be able to drive and travel to jobs around the three Home Counties area. First and foremost you will be reliable, honest and prepared to be vetted. I am only interested in people who clean to a high standard and do not cut corners. You must have previous experience in cleaning residential properties. Furthermore you must be good at supervising and organising staff and schedules. Three things which are non-negotiable and will not be tolerated whilst in the employ of Karen's Helping Hands: dishonesty, unreliability and laziness. If on the other hand you are looking for work and are prepared to apply yourself and put your heart and soul into your work, both cleaning and deputising, then you are the person I am looking for and will be warmly welcomed to join our team. Working hours are open to negotiation as is commitments such as childcare, school runs etc. You must also be able to provide at least three references, two from previous employers or people/businesses you have cleaned for and one personal.
