My partner & I are expecting a baby in early December and as a result we are looking for somewhere new to live. We have been renting a tiny cottage on a farm in West Sussex for many years now from a lovely family who we have grown close to and the decision to move has been a difficult one to make. However we really need to find a bigger space to call home and accommodate the new addition to our family. Our requirements are as follows: Ideally we are hoping to find a rural, 1 or 2 bedroom cottage, chalet, cabin, annexe, converted barn or large mobile home on a farm or in the countryside/woodland to rent on a long term, private basis. We would like there to be a Rayburn, log burner or open fire, fitted kitchen & bathroom, garden or outside space, parking area and some storage space. We do not mind if the property is unfurnished or part-furnished or is in need of a lick of paint. We are happy to live in either East or West Sussex.
