Meet new people, learn new skills, sing - Calling all shower singers

Calling all shower singers, complete beginners and pros – if you've never experienced the amazing feeling of singing in a choir, why not try a free taster!? Soul of the City Choir is a fun, friendly, upbeat community choir and we are looking for new members to join us this January! We sing pop, soul and gospel classics from Muse to Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin to Rhianna and much more. We take people of all levels of experience and ability. It's a great way to learn to sing in a friendly group atmosphere. Whether you're already an accomplished singer, a budding new talent waiting to shine or just looking for the chance to sing your heart out in a group this is the choir for you! There are no auditions or requirements to read music, it's all about the enjoyment of singing and, with the sessions being lead by an experienced vocal tutor, you're bound to have a fantastic time! We sing for 12 weeks (starting on the 5th January in Brighton and 6th January in Hassocks) with rehearsals resulting in an exciting end of term performance. We offer 1 free taster to each new member so you can try the choir out before deciding to join and with a trip to the pub after for all those that fancy it, it’s a great way to meet new people and get to know the rest of the choir! The following dates are available to try as a free taster (we recommend coming along to the earliest date as places get booked up quickly)... Brighton choir Tuesdays - 5th, 12th or 19th January.
