Had this for just short of a year but decided on getting a bigger car.
It has had a reconditioned gearbox done before i purchased it
I have spent over £700.00 on it including new radiator and new exhaust and track rod at front and various interior\exterior trim bits also new battery all receipts provided for work done.
Does not leak any oil from what i can see anywhere.
Any small places underneath that had surface rust have been well greased.
Seats in good condition for age
New led light bulbs in interior for brighter modern look... roof light and footwell lights.
New leather gear stick gator and handbrake gator and new genuine mini chrome and leather gear stick knob
Decent radio player that plays from cds and usb sticks.
New wiper blades all round
Chrome exterior mirror covers
Car cost me £1700.00 last year
All tyres are good
Really nippy and has plenty of go
This car has not been neglected whilst i have owned it.
Washed every week
Bad points:
Slight knock if you set off quick from front drivers side... sounds like a spring may have cracked- i don't know as i am not a mechanic.
Speedometer works but doesn't display mileage and just shows the word "code"
I replaced speedo for second hand one and this did the same....original speedo was binned by auto electricians.
Mileage from last year is indicated on mot certificate.
Couple of error lights one being seatbelt light and not sure what other is... fuel gauge goes a bit mad at times also..... all the above.... not a clue what caused all this but it all happened at same time.... looking through some reviews on the internet indicate to a faulty wheel sensor that can cause similar faults. I do not have a clue as i am not a mechanic.
Scratch to front window done by previous owner.... not mot failure as not obstructing vision.
Apart from the above the car runs spot on and i've even put in new air filter and spark plugs a couple month ago.
I do not want to spend anymore money on this car as i have now got a different car so this one is on my drive declared as SORN with DVLA.
It even has half tank of petrol in.
Car has been used every single day for commute to work and pleasure.
I have explained the best i can and as honest as i can, price reflects potential repair costs.
I am open to sensible offers only.
Best offer gets the car.
I am also thinking of putting it on ebay and autotrader.
