In the comfort of your home or hotel. Exclusively for the Brighton and Hove area only. I would have to charge you for travel in neighbouring towns. My reflexology is a journey of relaxation. After we have made you warm and comfortable, I shall wash and exfoliate your feet. Then interpret and explain to you what your feet are reflecting in terms of mental, emotional and energetically. I am not a doctor and never diagnose challenges you may have, however know that my reflex clients feel deeply relaxed after sessions. Its a natural detoxification, so you need to hydrate yourself afterwards. The treatment is a quiet session and I shall request for your benefit that all phones are switched off and anyone within the household not disturb your journey of relaxation.
