This is a fine guitar although I can't find any information about it. The back is one piece of wood split so that both sides of the back are symetrical. This is done so that the vibrations of the wood spread evenly accross the belly of the guitar to improve the tone. You do not find this feature on cheap or begginer's guitars!
It is in exellent condition with a light action and great intonation and is my guitar of choice to play while I still have it. It has a really small nick in the varnish at the bottom of the guitar.

Can't say what the wood is but that said, it looks like Mahogamy & Rosewood.

There is a line of 'Montana' Guitars produced by Gibson but I don't think it is one of those.

There is also a line of Chinese guitars called Montana which are cheap but I don't think it is one of those either as it has a different style label inside and doesn't correspond to any of their models.

Also it isn't made by the Missourie 'Montana' Guitar.
