I bought this Morris Minor as an ongoing restoration project but not enough time at the moment to sort it out,I have the V5 logpaper in my name,no Mot and the car is declared sorn,the Morris Minor is a 1968 model so its tax exempt,i have some paperwork for work carried out on the car by a garage who did work on the car over the years,the car had no engine,radiator or exhaust etc,or bucket seatsthe car was fitted with a 1275 marina engine and bucket seats out of a Mini but these were removed by the previous owner for another project,i have bought an 1100cc engine and gearbox which I have on a rolling trolley hence still no engine in the car,the man who I have bought the 1100cc engine off said its had a new clutch and water pump fitted,also a new cylinder head gasket fitted after taking off the cylinder head to ckeck the cylinder head and pistons etc,an alloy rocker cover has been fitted,along with a LCB and a bigger carb on a sports inlet manifold and a few other shiny bits,the body shell is in good condition throughout,excellent rear wings,front wings and boot lid could do with a tidy up or replaced,there is a full roll cage fitted,expensive sports steering and a dash mounted rev counter,battery box in rear seat area,and a fire extinguisher bracket the car is standing on standard road with age related tyres,this is an excellent chance for a Morris Minor enthusiast to take on and finish this ongoing project,this car would make an excellent historic road rally themed vehicle!!! please note this Morris Minor is on offer as an ongoing Project and does require work doing and will need transporting away,no time wasters or Silly Offers!!!!!!
