Mast drops down for cruising under bridges (I’m sure that’s what the husband said anyway, I get seasick so the sailing was all down to him). She has a large extended decking which will win her no beauty prizes but is an incredible space for chilling out with the BBQ on whilst feeding the swans. It even has a swim platform should you be brave enough to dive in - or want to coast down the french canals to some warmer climates. 6/7 berth, wheelhouse also great as an office with single bed, brand new outdoor seating on deck with BBQ – enough seats for around 15 people to sit comfortably! Double bedroom in the back with wardrobe, drawers and ample cupboard space. Hallway with washing machine, more storage and access to engine room. Kitchen with 2 hob cooker oven gimbled, microwave, full size sink and under counter fridge and cupboard, space behind with extra drawers. Wetroom with hot water heater, shower, pump out toilet and heater. Large insulated main cabin with drop down table turning into a nice size double bed, space opposite with storage and tumble dryer (!) which could be converted into another single if needed. Storage space under seating. Nice and toasty in the winter. Single (or small double) in the front of the boat with wardrobe and cupboards, also under bed storage. Unfortunately the wind generator (in the photo) we’ll be taking with us but everything else is staying – you can move straight on! On a lovely mooring in Southwick with great boating community and right next to the pub. We’re moored on the end so great water views of across the dock and close to the lock for easy access. On a very desirable mooring and located near the town centre with shops, park, pubs and supermarket to name but a few. Brighton is just down the road and we’re right next to the train station for quick access to anywhere else and regular trains to London. Free.
