The property is on the second floor of a 3 storey block with nice communal shared garden and private gardeners who look after it. Also has a lift and secure entry system. lewes road area but quiet and friendly neighbors really lovely flat, Disabled Bays and parking at front which is looked after by a parking management company for us, Just down the road there are buses that travel all over btn and hove. Also alot of schools nearby and supermarkets etc.. I am looking for a 2 bed property in saltdean, but try me always worth a look.Homeswap or Council Exchange not for private.
