This Bible is very old, how old I'm not sure but it was left to me by my Auntie Dot when I was very Young and I believe it was left to my Auntie by her parents when she was young but I don't know any further back than that but I believe this to date around 1880 going on a writing in the book. Colour illustrated (early) National Comprehensive Family Bible with ornate brass corners and fully functional metal clasps. It has a number of very attractive, rather unusual and pristinely preserved color lithographs of original paintings all pages are gold gilt edged. For its age this Bible is in good condition.
