We are two professional working males in our 30's looking for a long term let as a flat share. we both earn over 25k a year and need to be moved in by the 7th of December. A private let would be preferable & deposit in advance along with rent in advance would not be a problem. we are looking to rent around the Shoreham, Southwick, Portslade area. Near by parking & being close to the 700 bus route would be an advantage. we are both clean, trustworthy & very handy at d.i.y as used to run my own handyman buisness so any small jobs can also be taken care of by ourselves. we have no pets or children, we are both smokers but will be happy to smoke.
