Self Defence and Practical Martial Arts classes for men, women and teens aged 14 + regardless of sex, size and shape. Classes incorporate elements from a variety of martial arts and self defence systems including : Taekwondo, Kuk Sool Won, Aki-Jitsu, Krav Maga and Reality Based Self Protection Methods. The classes are geared towards streetwise self defence and protection for todays violent environment. Come along for a free informal chat.
