The world’s most popular martial art has come to Norwich Taekwon-Do is practised by 30 million worldwide, In over 100 countries. Classes are at Thorpe St. Andrews School, practitioners new and old will get a chance to learn ITF Taekwon-Do under an experienced 2nd Dan, who’s been training for over 10 years. Classes will be every Mondays and Wednesdays, 6.45pm to 7.45pm, at Thorpe St. Andrews School and Sixth Form, and are suitable for anyone aged 7 and up. Classes will cater to people of all levels of fitness, from all walks of life – whether you have trained in martial arts before or looking to try for the first time. First months classes are free for all newcomers, and all you will need is a bottle of water and some loose fitting.
