Only 2 to 3 minutes walking distance from station.District line, Jubilee line, DLR , national rail and C2C available at West Ham notation . The flat is located at residential area. We are only 2 couple is living in the flat . The flat is very tidy and clean. We live this flat around 7 years. We are looking for good person who can live with us, we preferred to have Bangladeshi but any other country's person is welcome, as long as the person is very good . It could be boy or girl . We don't have any problem for this. Strictly no smoking in the house. We just look for good and clean person. The rent is included all the bills like gas , electrify, water, council and Internet ...the rent is monthly £450 ;
