I am a painter and decorator/tiler/ carpet fitter etc (been in the trades since 86) looking for a studio or one bed flat to live in, in the Brighton and hove area. I enjoy doing up places so thought maybe we could do each other a favour?? I will do it up for cheaper rent... All property's considered and can move in immediately as I'm looking at the moment.
