Charlie is looking for a new home where he is wanted, loved and where can stay for the rest of his life. He is 12 years old and is looking for an elderly owner who will be with him all the time. He is coming from a home where both children are now adult and have left the house and due to work we just can't give him the time and attention he wants and deserves.
