This holiday home is priced to sell, with the remaining site fees and rates included, as well as a year`s insurance. It`s being sold privately and includes all the park`s owner-transfer costs, and is ready to move into. This is an ideal family caravan on a great private pitch with a private garden on a quiet area of the park.
The caravan is a 2008 Swift Burgundy, 35` x 12`, with double glazing and central heating. It is in great used condition and I`m only selling due to lack of use. There is no age limit on the site, so this is caravan will give the new owner many years use.
It`s a 2 bedroom model with an additional pull-out sofa bed, so is a 6 berth model. It has a spacious lounge area, built in dining area, and a good sized master bedroom with en-suite. Please ask if you need any additional photos.
Located at Rockley Park, Haven`s premier 5* South Coast holiday park, we overlook beautiful Poole Harbour and have loads of attractions on park and within the local area. This part of the Dorset coast will never leave you short of things to do, and we are the ideal base for your family`s holiday home. We have our own sandy beach, water-sports centre & boat marina, health spa, nightly entertainment, Owner`s bar, 3 swimming pools with flumes, tennis courts, and a good choice of bars and restaurants. We also back onto Ham Common Nature Reserve with some great coastal walks, and a course fishing lake.
Haven`s Rockley Park is open for 10 months of the year, from 2nd March - 2nd January. There`s no age limit for the caravans on the park, so you can plan to be here for years. We have just over 1200 pitches on park, 950 of which are owner occupied meaning that it`s a very friendly site. There are lots of owner's only events that we organise, and exclusive clubs for kids and teens. We are pet friendly, and have some great walks along the coastal pathways.
Park site fees vary according to pitch location, with this holiday home location being £6438.
We have 24hr security who man the main complex and patrol the park, and a modern CCTV system to monitor the site. Every holiday home is fitted with a Ramtech intruder alarm which is monitored by the security team, meaning your holiday home is protected when you are away.
