We manage the whole process including the reinstatement of your property to its pre-loss condition as swiftly as possible. There is no charge* to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray service, provided we can instruct and project manage our own vetted contractors. However, any excess stated within your policy will still apply. We will visit your property, meet with loss adjusters where needed, liaise with your insurer, draw up a detailed schedule of works, agree costings, supply vetted contractors and oversee the reinstatement works. Aspray may pay £100 towards your property insurance excess when you instruct us to manage your claim and all reinstatement works have been completed.
