Cumfy Pets Two Tiered/level Rabbit or Guinea Pig Hutch with new protective rain cover. The hutch has 4 lockable doors, lockable ramp and fully opening roof. There is a separated snug sleeping compartment. The hutch has always been kept indoors and so all the metal hinges etc are in excellent condition. Likewise, the rain cover has never been used and is in new condition. The rain cover easily fits over the hutch as it has Velcro fastening at the back. Each of the front windows of the cover has zips so that you can access the hutch easily whilst the cover is on. The hutch has been chewed on inside door frames. There is also some damp damage almong one edge, to the underneath of the top tier floor. You cannot see this when the hutch is being used and the hutch is still perfectly useable despite it. The outside of the hutch is in good condition. 100cm high, 90cm wide, 40 cm deep. Approx 3.2ft x 3f x 1.5 ft. Easy to clean as it has wipeable surfaces that are level with the doors so easily swept clean. The floors can also be taken out if a better clean needed. A lovely.
