STUNNING RETRO 1960's Stag DRESSING TABLE
Purchased by my parents for their "new home" 1961/2
Designed by John and Sylvia Reid for Stag, from the fine line range,this stunning range was height of chic in its day and right back on trend now.
Built on a slight angle - fits well in a corner.
Size approx : HT to top of table-71 cm, to top of mirrors 118 cm . D-46 cm W- 120 cm Could be used as (originally) dressing table or by removing mirrors a small desk Solid wood, with a striated birch finish.
Smart brushed steel look handles and legs.
2 sets of 3 drawers -each side of central console.
White Formica(?) centre panel with glass shelf- unusually,both are in excellent order
There is some minor fading to edge top surface and a few knocks/minor scratches(see photos) in keeping with its age.A really attractive,solid.
