REGISTERED MANAGER
Vine House Older Persons Residence Vine House requires a Registered Manager for a small residential care home in Easebourne nr Midhurst to oversee and manage the daily service of the Home and ensure CQC compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service and to offer creative input into service improvement and development.
Level 5 Award and management experience in a care/healthcare environment is essential.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering person centred care, a strong regulatory record with the Care Quality Commission and will be I.T. literate. They will also have strong organisational and management skills.
Job Type: Full-time to include occasional weekends will be required.
