All external driving lights fully working via standard 7pin plug. Completely water tight, no leaks, no damp, smells/feels clean and dry. One window has the inner skin broken but the outer skin of the double glazing is OK so no problems as a result, all other windows working fine. Space for fridge to be installed although no fridge included in sale. Kitchen sink with waste connection in place. 2x tested and working gas hobs ready for connection to gas bottle, space for gas bottle and appropriate connection in hitch box. 240v hook up socket working ok, 240v electrics internally could be adapted if required. 12v electrics in place and working, 4x USB socket outlets, 2x cigarette socket outlets, 3 ceiling lights - not sold with battery but ready to accept one. Cleaned and recently re-covered sofa/bed cushions, 2 bench seats with slats which convert to a very comfortable bed.
