Rent includes internet and use of facilities etc. Room has built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, tv aerial and there is a single bed but if you want to bring your own that's fine.
Situated off the main road so its quiet and easy parking.
Garage, conservatory, small garden, loftspace, shared bathroom.
Tesco extra 10 min walk away, on main Pulse bus route around Worthing and about 1 mile from Durrington train station.
I would consider Mon-Fri only for a lesser rent if that would be preferable but happy to discuss any options. Deposit and reference.
