I have a lovely recently decorated and carpeted front bedroom to rent within an end of terrace Victorian house in Lancing. The kitchen, lounge dining room/living area and bathroom would be shared. There is a reasonably sized garden plus off road driveway parking at the front. I am an aware lady who shares my home with my beautiful Staffie/German Shepherd female dog. I live quietly and lead a holistic and healthy lifestyle. I am into organic food as much as I can and make my own energy balls and smoothies. I am easy going and friendly and don't mind sharing the cooking on occasion I do watch television but not lots. You would be welcome to have your own television in yiur bedroom if you prefer but there would need to be an extension cable put in. I will be taking a short while to make sure I have the right tenant to share with and I would let the suitable tenant know after a couple of weeks or depending upon the number of interested people. I am looking for a working professional person who prefers a similiar lifestyle to myself. I welcome children visiting if you have children that don't live with you permanently. I am not worried about age of tenant but just need someone to be respectful of space, clean and tidy and of course be an aminal lover! No couples please. The rent would be £475 to include bills.
