Please note, room is available for 1 person only, unfortunately we cannot accept couples as we feel it will overcrowd the house. Double room for rent in Peacehaven, with a friendly, down to earth family. Sea views from one the window, with the cliffs themselves a 10 second walk away. 20 minutes on a bus will get you to Brighton City center, although Peacehaven has more than adequate facilities of its own. Perfect for someone looking for a home not a house - we do have pets (3 well behaved dogs, 1 cat). Non-smoking indoors, but smokers are welcome if they can respect that. Bills inclusive in the rent, access to all facilities is a given (fridge, kitchen, bathroom etc). Room is unfurnished but negotiable depending on individual needs. Welcome to decorate, (although previous tenant re-painted already) to make it your own (within reason!). Lovely quiet neighborhood, all the benefits of living in the city with none of the hassle. Driveway and street parking available - huge attic for storage if required and agreed.
